The first bit i found out is the VOOPM CPTD.Now First V=5 in roman numerals and 00 is just o'clock. five o'clock then pm is like am and pm. i dont now what cptd thanks for the tip from the other people hope this helps

Instead for the first symbol being v it is 2 and then oo.Then you have to know sign language to decode the rest which are PM......CPTZ (which i think stands for club penguin time zone)

VOOPM: might mean two p.m or V, the roman number for five but im am sure it is two cause most people say and think it is.
CPTD or Z: CPTZ might mean Club Penguin Time Zone.
Well thats it and i think i got it and dont worry to all the penguins who say they are never going to go you will go to at least one of Mimo's party. Also I agree with you guys, Mimo some people are not as smart as you and dont know sign language, but i am still your fan and hope to see you at the party and if you ever see me in Club Penguin please add me.
