this is for the people who did not see the rope: after you buy the ping pong paddle, exit out of the prize booth and then go in again to the prize booth. THEN the rope will drop. the rope WILL NOT DROP if you buy the ping pong paddle and stay at the prize booth.

If you pull the rope at the prize booth you could get a lollypop.

Right after you buy one of the new items, this is how to get the lollipop: You have to exit the Prize Booth and go back and a rope will fall. Pull it.
