Club Penguin Safe Chat Servers!
So many of you are worried about all the servers on Club Penguin being Ultimate Safe Chat, but, Club Penguin is working on some updates to their Standard Safe Chat servers. Until the upgrades are complete, all servers are currently in Ultimate Safe Chat mode.

Probably. Half of the things dont go through the filter, such as "Love" if you were gonna say 'i love my puffle' or something...
If it wont go through the filter, it shouldn't be something just random, and ppl have no clue what ur talking about

It's back and I think they're updating to stop more stuff not go through which is stupid. Almost half of the things you say are blocked and it's not even bad at all! They should make everything go through except swears and cusses. They probaly figured out the code some penguins say instead of the real swear.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us and sharing your thoughts with us. I understand that you would like it if there was a party celebrating free penguin accounts.
Well, this certainly is a great idea and one that we will take into consideration. Anniversary parties are particularly aimed at free penguins, as anniversary hats are very special and limited items that both free and member penguins recognise as special.
As for many of the other parties, it is only fair that members should be able to access more features as they pay membership fees for this. The financial support from members allows our staff to take ideas that players submit, and make them a reality on our site. Most of the items, games, rooms and parties you see were players' ideas first.
In order to keep making cool new things for every penguin, we require a source of funding. Most websites use advertisements, which we do not believe our users should be subjected to. In order to keep Club Penguin advertisement free, we decided to offer a special membership package. This is an available option for any player that's interested in experiencing everything that Club Penguin has to offer.
That being said, there is still a lot that free penguins can do around the island such as:
-training with the Sensei to become a ninja and earn all of the ninja belts and mask
- become an EPF Agent and have access to Agent Command, the VR Room and missions and field ops.
-become a paid Tour Guide and and show other penguins around the island
-collect free items such as pins and backgrounds as well as very special party items
-adopt up to 2 red or blue puffles
-meet the Club Penguin mascots like Rockhopper, Cadence, Gary the Gadget Guy etc. when they visit the island
-send postcards to buddies, play games with and chat to buddies
-contribute any cool comments or ideas on the What's New blog wall.
Also, there is soon to be a very exciting feature coming to the island which allows free and member penguins to showcase their achievements! I cannot say too much, but Club Penguin is always creating new and fun things for penguins to do.
