There are three answers. One is Club Penguin sends him a picture and he edits it in. Second one is he buys a toy or a game and takes a picture using Prt Scrn or Command + Shift + 4 and posts it. And the third one is he does the HTML for it.

Yes, it is just a website. But Club Penguin is an awesome site and the people who help make it happen do it for a living! They need the money too! Anyways, at least we can still PLAY CLub Penguin even if we don't get all the privildges!

To solve your problem all you have to do is log off and back in, and if it doesnt work then try again. It should eventually work ;]
I don't know when Mimo's next party is. Only Mimo does. Check this site regularly for party updates! Maybe you'll finally go to one! Good luck to getting to his parties!!

OK I do know that if you are on the super safe chat servers then every penguin's name shows up like that.
Mimo can not meet you in secret on CP cuz that wouldn't be fair to all of the people that he didn't meet.
His next party is going to be for all of the participants in the Create Mimo contest. But he will have more parties soon I'm sure.
