Step 1. Go to The Ski Village.
Step 2. Now go to the Ski Lodge.
Step 2. Now click on the Present Pin on the fireplace!

Well some people including me live in australia it is friday the 19th for us when it's even ealrier then 8pm for you guys so we have to wait a while so that's why they post it thursday your time late at night. Hope this helps.

Well Hearts 3846, the part did come out on the 19th but after midnight on the 18th the party WAS ACCESSIBLE. Hopefully this helped.

Well I can answer you two ways.
One way is if you didn't get it in time (two weeks), yes they will expire.
The second way is if you already have it,
you will keep it forever.
