Here's how to find the free item.
Here is how to find Rockhopper's free item.
Step 1. Click on the Map in the lower left.
Step 2. Click on the Light House.
Step 3. Go on Rockhoppers ship, The Migrator.
Step 4. Go into the lower "Store."
Step 5. Click on Rockhoppers map in the lower right.
Make sure you go in Rckhopper's Quarters.
Here is what the message board says. Rockhopper will be shooting off the Snow Cannon!
Must find... him.

while i was playing CART SURFER i realized that once in a while when i would do a backwards flip my blue penguin would flash yellow really quicky! at first i thought it was a weird glitch, but then it happened again, and after i played it a ton more times!
Its really weird. Try it, its only once in a while and not nessacarily ever time you play, but i saw it TWICE

ṂØƊ) - well, this happened to me once, sorry twice, if you are in a brazil/portugal server that is normal but i u are in an english-speaking server that is because your name is ''unapropiate'' or for other reason, my name b4 was bimbo775, but then it was changed to penguin7394820394, i emailed clubpenguin and they said my name was ''inapropiate'' so, after numerous emails i convinced CP to change my name to busky53896 (Ɓưȿƙƴ53896 in fancy letters)
if you are a member and you are onver 300 days old on CP they will probably unchange your name to something else (if you mail them).
i hope this long answer helps!

This happens when you are new to Club Penguin, your name is replaced by Penguin followed by some numbers. This is so that Club Penguin can check your name is not rude before they let you use it. But everybody's name? I don't know! Maybe you were in a room full of new penguins?!
