The fishing lure is so that when you play ice fishing, you can catch grey fish as well as yellow fish. They give you ore coins, though they are a little harder to catch. To use the lure, make your penguin wear it (as far as I know you can wear other stuff with it too) and walk into the game as you would usually. Your rod will look a little different, and you'll soon find that grey fish appear.

i had this problem when i got the rockhopper book. when you get the books you dont get the treausre book! i know it stinks. you have to have a code to get to the treause book.

Both are correct. You can buy them and wear them.
Lol, they even have a cheat there. But I already have that hat, Rockhopper gave it out last year during September or something when he visited Club Penguin, together with the Puffles Background.

No, you only have to unlock one. Then, go to the front page and click on the button that says 'Unlock Items Online', and click you have a book, and select your book. They'll ask you a question about the bok, you have to answer. If you get it right, yu can look in the Treasure Book.
