Judging by its round shape and stripes, the green thing is a friendship bracelet.
If you want to get one, waddle to the book room. Stick your beak into the book shelf and look for the book titled 'Rockhopper and the Stowaway' (I say stick your beak into the book shelf as when I see penguins looking into the book shelf, it looks like they're sticking their beaks in it!). Turn to the last page where you will see a large multi-coloured bracelet. Click on it and the bracelet is yours!
