You sure can! It sounds like you know what to do, but you have to make sure you sign your name like this: Your Penguin Name (CPG Moderator) Only put CPG Modertor after your name if you are answering a question. Have fun being a mod and I hope this helps!
Well to answer your question(its kinda weird answering a mods Q ;-P) RH cant go on a specific server or else it would be WAY full every time he came!=] So he does a kind of Mix n`Match! His most common servers are:Mammoth(usually full),Mittens(i found him there 4 times!),Frozen(2 times)and Probably beanie or Rocky road. His fav rooms are (of course)His ship,The Pizza parlour,The Dock,The beach,Snow forts,the cove or he could be sledding at the mountain top!=)
To check if hes online or not(Bot or real person)login as Rockhopper with any five letter word or longer!If Hes online it will say:Incorrect Pasword:Passwords are CaSe SeNsItivE.if hes offline itll say that he is banned forever.
Theres lots of site that you can find a "Rockhopper tracker" or a guide. But ill leave that to you!;-P
Remember if a room is full Rockhoppers Probably there(except for the dock on mammoth!lol)But then again you never know..

Hey Pengu923! the answer to your first question is... No i dont think they are officially part of CPG, they arejust getting recognized for being great moderators and no they dont get any special treatment or anything.
the answer to your second question is... Other ppl can be moderators even if they are not posted on the site, so if you see someone ask a question and you know the answer go for it! maby mimo will add more later if there are others who are great moderators!

To get the CPIP (Club Penguin Improvement Project) blog, go to clubpenguin.com/cpip. Make usre you click on the Eye Scanner 3000. I hope this helps!

2) EVERYONE can be a mod, even the ones that are not posted on the side bar! mimo is posting those so people can see some of the most dedicated and hard working mods overall. for recognition, like i said =]

This is because:
A) Heaps of people want to be his buddy!
B) It would be unfair if just you got to his buddy without a competition!
C) At the moment, Mimo can't e-mail you but he is trying to start a feature like that up!

Kimberrlley1 = Kim
Goofy73 = Goof
Sparkforever = Spark
Floobersnoot = Floob
MishMash215 (Me!) = Mish
BlackPearl8: Pearl
I am sure that there are WAY more Awesome mods, so dont feel bad if I didnt include you!
Oh and Mimo, this is my chart to who I think the BEST Mods are:

the answer to your first question is...
No i dont think they are officially part of CPG, they arejust getting recognized for being great moderators and no they dont get any special treatment or anything.
the answer to your second question is...
Other ppl can be moderators even if they are not posted on the site, so if you see someone ask a question and you know the answer go for it! maby mimo will add more later if there are others who are great moderators!

Mimo finds this out at the Whats New blog, and also the CPIP Blog. To get to the Whats New blog, go to the Club Penguin home page then click Community. To get the CPIP (Club Penguin Improvement Project) blog, go to clubpenguin.com/cpip. Make usre you click on the Eye Scanner 3000. I hope this helps!

imo knows this stuff because if you go on club penguin improvement project,(CPIP)http://www.clubpenguin.com/cpip/
than click on the eye scanner 3000 and wait for it to load, and then click "more info" under "new features." then you see (CPIP blog) and there will be posts about upcoming updates! its really cool. check it often.
