Go to the CP home page, and on the top, where you can click the penguin to change its clothes, click on the "N" in "Night Club", and its clothes will change into a masked penguin!
i have a cool cheat just like jnemechek. go to clubpenguin.com, roll ur cursor to the door of the gift shop and u should see a penguin come out. then once the penguin is out of the gift shop, quickly put ur cursor on the door of the coffee shop and then the 2 penguins will meet and then say Hello! IT'S SO COOL!!!!
